Translating Design into Action
For RGGA, the key to Operations Planning is to identify the capabilities that must be developed, reinforced or maintained and then to create an accountable plan for delivering those capabilities. Accountability is stressed at every level in the organization and for every enterprise characteristic. All participants will know what they must accomplish and how they contribute to enterprise goals.
In order to maintain a healthy, accountable organization, RGGA works with customers to define and produce reports that meet two needs: Every contributing organization will know what progress has been achieved and whether they are on schedule to meet enterprise goals; and, leaders who are accountable for enterprise performance will have an early warning system alerting them of potential issues before those issues impact enterprise goals.
